Angie and Arthur, the driving force behind Gigi’s Betchin Chick-N, began their culinary venture with a shared love for community and exceptional food in Salida, Colorado. Their dedication to quality quickly propelled them to success, leading to a whirlwind tour across Colorado where they delighted countless with their mouthwatering creations.
In February 2024, a traumatic accident involving their food trailer tested their resolve. Yet, from this challenge emerged an overwhelming wave of support from fans and the community, reminding them of the resilience of the human spirit. Grateful for this outpouring, they’ve embraced renewed determination, turning adversity into strength and continuing their culinary journey with even greater passion.
